CHILD REARING

To raise a child who’ll make you proud,

you have to start at birth.

Unconditional love is necessary

to raise a loving child.

For at least 6 months, spoil the child

it will develop the child’s self esteem.

Next you must start to discipline

but do it with respect.

Hate the action, but love the child.

Pet names are fun,

but avoid name-calling.

Be an example to your child

be honest and expect  the same.

Avoid abuse – whether physical or mental.

Praise your child, don’t put it down –

others will do enough of that.

Keep expectations high, but not out of reach.

A child will live up to or down to

whatever expectations you place on it.

Give love unconditionally, it is the only way they’ll learn to love.

Enjoy every day, they’ll be gone far too soon.
